CleanSlate offering services to Raj Clinics patients

A company with four mental health clinics in Indiana is working to help accommodate patients of clinics whose owners died in a plane crash July 8.

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Division of Mental Health and Addiction has asked CleanSlate to help accommodate patients of Raj Clinics, which has locations in Logansport, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Lafayette and Kokomo.
